Andersen Bakery has been bringing the aroma and goodness of
handmade, fresh-from-the-oven breads and pastries to locations all
over the San Francisco Bay Area since our first bake shop opened
for business in 1981.
Each morning we mix the finest all-natural ingredients from
scratch, then rest and rise the dough at a very low temperature
for a lengthy 12 hours, 8 hours longer than a typical loaf of bread takes.
